"Flowers don't grow in winter!"
Supplies used:
- 20 down feathers
- white wire garland
- round crystal beads
- sparkle pipe cleaners
- glitter transparent ribbon
- Toilet paper roll
- Hot glue
Steps
1. Gathered the garland (with pre-attached beads) in a bunch and glued.
2. Dispensed a thin strip of glue onto the stems of the feathers and attached to the end of a pipe cleaner.
3. Bent the pipe cleaners in a curve and strung through the bunched wire garland. Glued the base.
4. Inserted entire bunch base into a toilet paper roll and glued.
5. Wrapped the roll in ribbon and sealed with glue.
Ta-da! A unique, sparkling winter feather bouquet!
